Hace días compartí en la comunidad de Foodies be Hive como celebramos un cumpleaños comiendo comida Árabe y debo decir que me encantó esa experiencia echa por la abuela de Garabet, que su familia viene de Siria. Comida árabe, la original y no como la venden en mi ciudad por ser tipo comercial.
En esta oportunidad vengo a compartir con ustedes la celebración de de Cumpleaños de Garabet que cumplió 24 años.
A few days ago I shared in the Foodies be Hive community how we celebrated a birthday eating Arab food and I must say that I loved that experience made by Garabet's grandmother, whose family comes from Syria. Arab food, the original and not as they sell it in my city for being commercial type.
In this opportunity I come to share with you the celebration of Garabet's Birthday who turned 24 years old.
Garabet estuvo feliz de poder compartir con nosotros ese momento apreciado con nosotros como amigos. Garabet ha Sido un excelente amigo conmigo y con todos los que conformamos está bonita amistad que tenemos.
Garabet sopló su vela para recibir los 24 años a su existencia. Escuchamos canciones árabes mientras comíamos comida árabe.
Aprender palabras árabes con la abuela de Garabet, como Sajten que es buen provecho y Shukram que es gracias ha hecho que me culturice. Cómo hoy, que aprendí que chepitren se le dice en Cuba a un ron barato.
Garabet was happy to be able to share with us that cherished moment with us as friends. Garabet has been an excellent friend to me and to all of us who make up this beautiful friendship we have.
Garabet blew out his candle to welcome 24 years to his existence. We listened to Arabic songs while eating Arabic food.
Learning Arabic words with Garabet's grandmother, like Sajten which is buen provecho and Shukram which is gracias has made me culturized. Like today, when I learned that chepitren is the Cuban word for cheap rum.
La torta fue de zanahoria, con glaseado y arriba unas pasas con chispas de Chocolate. La torta quedó sabrosa y me gustó mucho, más si lo hacen con amor.
The cake was carrot cake, with frosting and raisins with chocolate chips on top. The cake was tasty and I liked it a lot, even more if you make it with love.
La pizza Árabe la probé por primera vez y me encantó muchísimo. Tiene carne molida rallada adentro, cilantro, cebolla, 1 pimentón,1 diente de ajo y un ramito de perejil.
I tried the Arabian pizza for the first time and I loved it very much. It has shredded ground beef inside, cilantro, onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley.
La crema de pimentón la probé por primera vez y me encantó demasiado. Es agridulce y puedes acompañarla con pan árabe, es decir, pan pita.
I tried the paprika cream for the first time and I loved it too much. It is sweet and sour and you can accompany it with Arabic bread, i.e. pita bread.
La pasamos bien en el cumpleaños de Garabet y feliz por él. Espero les haya gustado mucho, nos vemos pronto!
