As a leader I have visions I'm always willing to actualize ready to see the reality of what I have been dreaming about coming to pass.

So I was opportune to be a leader in my fellowship leading and serving.
I had these burdened for long to create a library unit for my members to make books available for anyone willing to read especially spiritual books and christian literatures.
Glory to God I was able to bring this to reality, we purchased books with the little contributions within ourselves the excos of the fellowship. Finally, the fellowship had open a library unit for its members who are interested in reading Christians literature and spiritual books 📚 to help their spiritual growth.
One of the book is by Brian Tracy title "NO EXCUSE" I was encouraged them as a leader to study.

Leaders Are Readers: 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV): "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. "Study to shew thyself approved unto God": This emphasizes the importance of diligent study of the scriptures.
The goal is to gain God's approval, not human recognition. "a workman that needeth not to be ashamed": This likens the student of the Bible to a skilled worker.
It suggests that careful study prevents errors and ensures accuracy. "rightly dividing the word of truth": This highlights the need for proper interpretation of the Bible. It cautions against twisting scripture or taking verses out of context. In essence, this verse encourages believers to: Engage in serious and dedicated study of the Bible. Strive for accurate understanding and interpretation. Live in a way that reflects their knowledge of God's word.

Many people find it hard to read and meditate, meditation is very good I discovered this earlier as I was growing up in my Sunday school class, always reading every story of the Bible, I find it so easy to study because I have been doing it since my tender age. There's a saying that says "information is knowledge" indeed information is knowledge, if you are full of information you can't be ignorant about life and daily routine of living as a leader. The Bible says in the book of Joshua that "Meditate on this word day and night" we most go in search of knowledge and we can easily access it this days through our laptops and phones. One of my goal is to rise leaders who can impact their world 🌎 and bring glory to Jesus.
