Hace pocos días mientras iba caminando, para ahorrarme la tortuosa espera del transporte público, hasta la tienda donde me pertenece comprar el módulo de alimentos y aseo, redescubrí un organopónico donde solía comprar mucho y el que pensaba que ya ni existía. Me alegró saber que aún estaba produciendo y vendiendo vegetales y plantas aromáticas.

El tema del día de hoy es sobre que lo nos gustaría mejorar en nuestra ciudad o pueblo. Mi publicación es sobre este organopónico que, al encontrarlo en pleno funcionamiento y tan bien cuidado, con productos de excelente calidad y un servicio amable por parte de sus trabajadores, me hizo preguntarme: ¿por qué solo tenemos uno? Mi barrio se beneficiaría enormemente de más lugares como este. Así que, sin duda, este uno de los cambios que me gustaría ver en mi ciudad, mas establecimientos de este tipo.
Este organopónico ha estado en funcionamiento desde la década de los noventa, época en la que surgieron en todas las provincias y municipios como respuesta a la crisis alimentaria de aquellos años, y que rápidamente se convirtieron en una solución muy valorada por la población. Actualmente, estamos viviendo problemas similares, con la única diferencia, según veo, que la cantidad de organopónico y la agricultura urbana, que tan necesaria fue, han sufrido un retroceso.
En el municipio dónde vivo hay bastantes espacios verdes y tierras donde se puede cultivar, a diferencia de otros más urbanizados. Por lo que creo que se sería muy provechoso promover y propiciar la creación de organopónico. Tanto en mi localidad, como en el resto de La Habana se hacen muy necesarios, y la verdad últimamente he visto pocos orgánicos en la ciudad. Definitivamente es algo a mejorar.
Estas áreas de cultivo no solo nos brindan alimentos frescos y accesibles, sino que también representan un ahorro en costos de transporte, ya que no hay que esperar que los alimentos lleguen desde otro lugar más lejanos, lo que también atenta contra su calidad.
Este día compré varios productos y, de ahora en adelante, planeo comprar la mayoría de mis vegetales allí, los precios los encontré buenos y los productos muy frescos.

A few days ago while I was walking, to save myself the tortuous wait for public transportation, to the store where I buy my food and grooming module, I rediscovered an organoponic where I used to buy a lot and which I thought no longer existed. I was happy to know that it was still producing and selling vegetables and aromatic plants.

Today's topic of the day is about what we would like to improve in our city or town. My post is about this organoponic that, upon finding it in full operation and so well cared for, with excellent quality products and friendly service from its workers, made me wonder: why do we only have one? My neighborhood would benefit greatly from more places like this. So, without a doubt, this is one of the changes I would like to see in my city, more establishments of this type.
This organoponic has been in operation since the nineties, a time when they emerged in all provinces and municipalities as a response to the food crisis of those years, and quickly became a solution highly valued by the population. Currently, we are experiencing similar problems, with the only difference, as far as I can see, that the amount of organoponics and urban agriculture, which was so necessary, have suffered a setback.
In the municipality where I live there are plenty of green spaces and land where you can grow crops, unlike other more urbanized ones. So I think it would be very beneficial to promote and encourage the creation of organoponics. Both in my town and in the rest of Havana they are very necessary, and the truth is that lately I have seen few organoponics in the city. It is definitely something to improve.
These cultivation areas not only provide us with fresh and accessible food, but also represent a saving in transportation costs, since we do not have to wait for the food to arrive from further away, which is also detrimental to its quality.
This day I bought several products and, from now on, I plan to buy most of my vegetables there, I found the prices good and the products very fresh.
