I wanted to keep ahead of what will likely be the busiest week of the year for me so made an effort to get up early and go for a workout. It was a bit shorted than usual but got my 35 minutes of jogging in at a good pace. The short cooldown ensure that I was sweating well into the start of my morning at work.
Before the early evening came I had gotten past the daily goal given the busy day of meetings. The benefit was that it was a shortcut to bed and being relaxed by the time I was home. Will be interesting to see how I adapt the rest of the week as the days get longer due to commitments.
