Mi padre me enseñó valores importantes sobre todo me enseñó que es mejor hablar que discutir, mi padre siempre prefería conversar conmigo y hacerme entender en los momentos que estaba equivocada y lo mejor es que no tenia necesidad de regañarme o gritar, el parecía psicólogo aunque no había estudiado tenía mucha paz y tranquilidad.
Gracias a el pude aplicar esto con mis hijos, el solo una vez me pego, el siempre buscaba la forma de hablarme, algo que aprendí y he aplicado con mis hijos siempre les hablo y por medio de las palabras les hago entender en que están errando.
Mi padre me enseñó a manejar es una de las cosas que más me gustó y a la que les he sacado mucho provecho, me encantaba ser su chófer todos los domingos, siempre fue muy paciente y puedo decir que aunque me equivocaba nunca me grito, siempre me decía las cosas con dulzura y con amor, esa era su manera de corregir.
Mi padre también me enseñó lo que era la distracción siempre estuvo pendiente de que yo jugará y conociera cosas nuevas, a mi padre le gustaba viajar y conocer, desde niña siempre íbamos a parques, plazas, ciudades de Venezuela, playas, ríos, realmente era muy divertido estar con él, cuando tuve mis hijos me dijo que los sacará a pasear, que los llevará a los parques, que recordará que el a mi me llevó a pasear mucho.
Mi padre era de esos que me contaba cuentos y aventuras, jugaba conmigo aunque estuviera cansado, compartimos mucho padre e hija.
Mi padre también me enseñó el valor del estudio y el trabajo, el era muy trabajador y era como yo un gran artesano con sus manos, aunque el hacía cosas más grandes con hierro y lo que fuera podía repararlo, tenía mucha creatividad y agilidad, el era mecánico, pintor y latonero, tenía su taller donde le fue muy bien, era bueno en lo que hacía.
Mi padre ya no está en vida conmigo, pero siempre lo recuerdo con amor y cariño, fue mi héroe y mi persona especial, el primer hombre que ame en este mundo, quien siempre me consintió, me amo, me ayudo, me educó y siempre fue ese hombre pacientes amoroso, del cual siempre le cuento a mis hijos y siempre tendré una historia que contar.
