Day 2493 | Back To Hot Yoga

    I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


    Friday was a day where I went back to the Hot Yoga with the goal to set a streak of many classes in the coming weeks which should help to restore my skin. I also did over 10k steps but didn't fully eat clean yet.

    Daily Food Diary
    I ate a smoothie in the morning, some mais crackers in the after noon and in the evening some cookies and Wiener Sausages.

    New Day Goals: I have Saturday planned as a day to start of doing some reps while eating a morning Smoothie, Followed by a Lunchbreak hot Yoga Class, some productivity in the afternoon while preparing Green Pea Pasta with Tuna which will be the last thing I eat before Monday afternoon. I also aim to get some more steps in.
