Started traveling today so it took a while to get some focus on a workout as I was traveling. However, the journey provided some opportunities to stretch my legs and walk quite a bit in the airports. There were some long connections to take advantage of although it was not too intense as I was traveling lightly.
I adjusted well as I decided to head to the hotel gym to go for a slow walk for half hour to catch up on things on my phone. It was helpful as I got past my goal and led to me going for a short core routine as well. It will remain a challenge this week but I got ideas to continue adjusting.
