Hoy les voy a mostrar cómo arme mi Rutina Facial de Dia
Crear esta rutina fue todo un proceso, 🥲 yo andaba por la vida sin colocarme nunca nada en la cara, porque según yo eso haría que el cutis se volviera grasoso, me saldrían granitos y etc. Es entonces, que decidí crear el hábito de Skin Care inicie con pocos productos como les he comentado en mis post anteriores, ya hoy en día uso 5 productos en el dia, jabón dermolimpiador, agua de rosas, sérum de vitamina C, crema hidratante facial y protector solar.
Al levantarme cada mañana después del cepillado de dientes, lo que hago es
✓ Lavar mi rostro con jabón uso uno de la marca BIOS, me lo seco con toques ligeros con una toalla.
✓ Me aplicó el agua de rosas, espero unos 2 minutos a qué mi piel la adsorva.
✓ Ahora aplicó el Sérum de Vitamina C, es como bifásico o algo así, debo agitarlo muy bien para que se unan los dos líquidos y luego aplicarlo en mi piel, y con mis dedos distribuirlo por todo el rostro (este sérum se siente un poco aceitoso pero después que la piel lo adsorve queda perfecto y muy suave)
✓ Es momento de aplicar la crema hidratante, con mi dedo tomo un poco de la crema aplicó y distribuyó por todo el rostro y espero a que adsorva.
✓ Para finalizar aplicó mi protector solar, este debo distribuirlo muy bien, la piel tiende a verse algo blanca pero una vez que lo absorbe ya quedas como si nada.
Con esta rutina sencilla de día, he logrado cambiar la apariencia de mi rostro lo tengo más limpio y prolijo, no me salen granos y siento mi piel muy suave. Me encanta el resultado que he obtenido por eso me mantengo firme, contante en mi rutina y me tomo mi tiempo para realizarla.

Today I'm going to show you how I put together my Day Facial Routine.
Creating this routine was quite a process, 🥲 I was going through life without ever putting anything on my face, because according to me that would make my skin oily, I would get pimples and so on. That's when I decided to create the habit of Skin Care I started with few products as I have mentioned in my previous posts, and today I use 5 products a day, dermo-cleansing soap, rose water, vitamin C serum, facial moisturizer and sunscreen.
When I wake up every morning after brushing my teeth, what I do is.
✓ Wash my face with soap I use one of the BIOS brand, I pat it dry with light touches with a towel.
✓ I apply the rose water, I wait about 2 minutes for my skin to adsorb it.
✓ Now I apply the Vitamin C Serum, it's like biphasic or something, I have to shake it very well so that the two liquids unite and then apply it on my skin, and with my fingers distribute it all over my face (this serum feels a little oily but after the skin adsorbs it, it's perfect and very soft).
✓ It's time to apply the moisturizer, with my finger I take a little bit of the cream applied and distributed all over the face and wait for it to adsorb.
✓ To finish I apply my sunscreen, this I must distribute it very well, the skin tends to look a little white but once it absorbs it and you are left as if nothing.
With this simple daytime routine, I have managed to change the appearance of my face I have it cleaner and tidier, I do not get pimples and my skin feels very soft. I love the results that I have obtained, that's why I keep firm, constant in my routine and I take my time to do it.
