Wonder drug Metformin is the most highly prescribed remedy for the global carbohydrate epidemic aka Diabetes.
Whilst it may lower your blood sugar reading, the efficacy of the drug is now being questioned by many patients and doctors alike.
Also a less emphasised are the side effects, which can be severe in some cases, and undetected in others.
