I am slowly recovering from metatarsalgia in my right foot...I don't even know how this injury arose but it has prevented me from running and almost walking these last few days, which is why you haven't seen me do any high effort activities.
However, today I took a good Sunday walk, observing different scenes in my city, flooded with tourists but equally beautiful.
It seems that the foot responds well but I still don't feel 100%
Have a very good start to the week.
