Iniciando la semana con testeos y combos de "pull Up" (19 de febrero 2024) . Considero que buen día de entreno, por qué al menos hubo algo de progreso en el "front lever one arm" y del resto estuvo estable como podrán ver en el vídeo, que son: "hefesto en back Lever" un solo 2 intentos esta vez y hasta ahora no ha habido problemas 🙏🏻; duración de " front lever" logre aguantar casi 28 segundos; hice 16 "pull-up en front lever"; estoy logrando adaptar una mejor postura en "SAT" y en los demás combos. Tenía algunos días que no hacía este ejercicio de "L-sit a victorian", y aun así no le he perdido la técnica. VAMOSSS!🔥.
