Some Strategies to Tackle Job Stress at Home

    Hello Ladies of Hive Community! Welcome to my blog. Stress plays a negative role in our life. It not only affects our health but also our mental crafts. The toughest task in this world is Stress Management. I have witnessed that many people are bad at this management and suffer for their health and their bodies. Stress is induced when our body releases two hormones Cortisol and Adrenaline. It can be Exam stress, Inferiority Complex stress, family stress job stress, etc. Under stress, we can't make a good analysis of anything. Hence, it is essential to keep our body stressed stress management is the key factor for success in our lives. Those persons who are good in stress management, are most successful in this world.


    Job Stress and I


    The job stress and I both are 5/6. After Graduation, I'm jobless. It had been two years since I haven't found a job according to my priorities. Yes, I need a job according to my priorities. In my homeland, there is a saturation of graduates but there are fewer job opportunities.

    Although I have applied for some jobs unfortunately I have not been selected due to reference trademarks. If you have references from the government, you will be able to get a job. However, I didn't feel regret for not getting a job. I know, it is better to develop a business instead of becoming someone's employee for a few cents. Many things keep me away from doing a job. Being jobless for years, I'm facing severe family criticism. It keeps my adrenaline level high hence I'm always in battle with stress.


    Stress Management


    To tackle people's criticism when you're jobless is not so easy. If you are facing job stress from your family then we are both in the same boat. However, I've been managing it for years nicely. Now, it is simply stress for me. If you want to get rid of it then you have to read my management planning with full attention.

    Keep Yourself Positive

    If we want to keep ourselves positive then we should know how to ignore those things that are not for our goodness. If people criticize us about our job, then don't pay attention to them. Listen to their critics from one ear and remove them from another ear. Keep yourself busy either in reading Novels, or watching movies, and keep yourself away from negative people. We should follow the advice that is for our benefit otherwise put cotton in your ears. We should be positive in our attitude. Any negativity will torture us more.

    Share your Frustrations

    When your mood is switched off by people's critics, you need to share your frustrations on social media. There are many social applications where you can share your problems and people help you with your problems. Whenever I'm in job stress I like to share and discuss what is running into my mind with some virtual friends and I always feel light after doing this.

    Daily Exercise

    If we want to tackle any sort of stress then we should never compromise on our exercise. Stress affects mainly our thinking ability. If we aren't managing it well then suicide can be our fate. Hence, it is better to save our precious life from stress. If we are in job stress then we can spend our time exercising. These activities will provide good health not only to our brains but also to our souls.

    Join Hive Platform

    If you are not getting a job then you have to join Hive Platform. It can bring some hive bucks by sharing your content either in a video mood or in a good write-up that will be helpful to help your family as well as to fulfill your needs. If someone is facing job stress then we help him by bringing him onboard to the hive platform. After joining Hive Platform, I defeated my feelings of Jobless life. Now I'm satisfied with life because the hive rewards are enough to fulfill my needs and my family's desires. Moreover, I always like to invite my friends to hive if they are facing job stress.


    Working From Home


    I have mentioned many times about my Real Estate business. I like to meet with engineers and property dealers online mood hence I didn't have to visit my office. Working from home is easy as compared to working from the office. Whenever I'm at home, I can do multitasking in the online world. I daily join a Business meeting as well as share my content on Hive.
