Hola Comunidad de #SWC, en este post les comparto unas fotos del día de ayer, en donde realicé un largo circuito que involucra ejercicios tanto de empuje como jale.
Recuerdo que anteriormente realicé el circuito y me tardé unos 22min aproximadamente pero esta vez lo logré terminar en unos 18min, pude notar una gran mejoría en mi resistencia al realizar básicos porque me he estado enfrascando en ello.

Hello #SWC Community, in this post I share with you some pictures of yesterday, where I performed a long circuit that involves both push and pull exercises.
I remember that previously I performed the circuit and it took me about 22min approximately but this time I managed to finish it in about 18min, I could notice a great improvement in my endurance when performing basics because I have been engrossed in it.
