This morning I went with my dog for a walk.
After an entire week in which I accumulate stress at work, it is a desired time in which I recharge myself.
This is a magic moment for me. My dog follows me without any doubt. Sometimes she says animals on the grass and she starts running to keep them but suddenly, when she arrives at a certain point far from me, she stops and comes back: it is very relaxing.
During the walk I listen nature ‘s sounds or if I’m not too tired, I listen to a podcast.
I could say that it is the moment of the week I prefer!!
When I arrive at home , the dog is pretty happy and has a rest.
