The week was long and it felt even longer because of the presence of my friend snot-in-my-nose and I decided to make it a big old Friday night on the couch. Make some fire, do nothing, eat a bowl of guilty pleasure ice cream with that and just be a swine.
And I think the ultimate guilty pleasure to have accompanied with that is watching the most recent season of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'
There I said it and I am not ashamed about all of it at all. You can think all you want, I just like clearing the mind while doing this.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Really?
Yeah really. Still every season I am watching this and I am wondering if these people are for real and how much is scripted. Sure, some stuff is scripted and has to do be taken over, but just the whole idea of that these girls is actually how they are living is just like a watching a train wreck.
Loosing all sense of how other people live and spend their days and how they do. And with that to get a little peek of how the it all works in Beverly Hills with these socialites makes you wonder even more why on earth someone would want to have filmed how their marriage is struggling for instance.
Also all of these ladies going at each other falling over 1 word over that has or has not been said, and hearing that over the socials as well, and hating each other for it. But after 1 apology everything is hunky dory again and they are all bff's and heading over to new social events again.
I guess in Beverly Hills it is all about who you know and who you hang around with. Although, that at least it the picture that is portraited in the series, and yes, I do tend to believe the message that is sent out.

Not that I feel bad for all what happens to these ladies in their lives. Because sure it sucks when bad stuff happens and you have to show it all on TV. But that is what you have signed up for and what the audience wants to watch. At least...I do..How bad that may sound. We love a bit of drama
But also seeing all these ladies with their clothes and their brands, it is such a puzzle to me to watch that that is exactly what I need on a sneezing Friday night
