    🍜 Whipped up a special staff meal supper featuring noodles! This is the 3rd time I'm making this dish and this time I'm pairing it with some pea sprouts and a creamy and luscious shoyu egg yolk.

    🌟 I used Chinese La Mien (pulled noodles), tossed and mixed with a sauce consisting of chili oil from scratch, fragrant sesame oil, crispy fried garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a creamy touch of peanut butter.

    🥜🌶️ The flavors came together in perfect harmony, creating a symphony of tastes that leaves you craving for more. So satisfying from the chew of the noodles to the explosion of umami in every bite.

    A really delicious and easy to put together dish that's really satisfying and comforting. I just love a good noodle dish.

    Can't wait to experiment with more noodle creations in the kitchen!

    Oh yeah we also made some fresh soy milk and man is it next level from any soy milk I've ever tried in my life!
