Introduction
We thought we would do a weekly update on what we are up to and how we are doing on Rising Star and any news that there is so here it is. Now love is over as the lovebug crafting missions have finished so you will have to wait a year to craft any more of those cheeky little cars. It is a busy time of year for Jux as Easter is sharply around the corner and that usually comes with new cards and maybe even another crafting mission? Nice to see the team keeping so busy with new things.
I cant say we did that well with the crafting for the Love Bugs and I hope we do a bit better on the new Easter ones if they come out! We do wonder what they will be this year!
News
Well biggest news in the last week is it was as always on the 1st of the month new cards day. As ever there were some lovely new cards to get in backs. I was able to be on the twitch this month and was opening packs as the cards were released, maybe I got some first mints, who knows! Now there is a new synth called the SUB machine which should have been ours really especially as it looks like it is based on a nice Moog!
Our progress so far
We are currently in position 18th on the leader board and have been trying hard to increase our score. The main way we are doing this is buying common cards and increasing our card count. At the moment it is expensive for us to get any unique cards which leaves card count as the best way. We mainly buy people and keyboards to do this and we hope to move up again soon!
Favourite card for the week
Every week we will highlight our favourite card for the week. This week it is the Chubby Subby, like I said earlier the SUB machine should have been ours and this card should have been too! Not only that it makes a great "wub wubby". This is also based on a Moog which are our favourite make of synths!
The Stick Up Boys tip for the week
This week our tip for newbies is about packs or cards! Now is it better to buy packs or buy individual cards? Now this is up to you, we tend to do a bit of both. it is more economical to get what you want to get individual cards, but where is the fun in that? There is nothing like opening packs to find that orange back when you get yourself a legendary! However one thing that is for sure, always buy a 12 pack for 100k Starbits it is much more efficient.
