We are the ones responsible for it!

    🙏Namaste!

A few days ago I went to the terrace of my house to see the water tank, which was normal for me because sometimes I have to go there when the water is not coming properly or at the time of overflows.

As soon as I took a few steps on the stairs, I saw a bird sitting in a corner of the roof, on seeing that bird, I slowed down my pace and took out my phone from my pocket and tried to take its picture, but it seemed as if it had sensed my arrival and as soon as I turned on the camera on my phone, the bird suddenly flew away.

Now looking at this picture I can't even tell which bird it is!

I missed the opportunity but then the work for which I had gone on the roof had to be done, so after completing my work, As I turned to go back I saw this (Image Below) in the same corner of the roof where the bird was sitting just a moment ago.

I knew these were eggs but there is neither any plant nor any shady place on that roof and I thought this bird had found this very place to lay its eggs, directly under the sun in this 47-48 degrees heat of the whole day.

But then I looked around me and saw this concrete jungle and got angry at myself because we are the ones responsible for it!

But anyways, now seeing these stains on them, it also seemed as if they were spoiled. But it was about someone's kids, and I could not make any mistake in understanding it, So I immediately asked Google Lens and came to know that this bird is known as Killdeer and its eggs normally look like this only.

Above is the screenshot of the search result for these eggs.

In this you can see that mostly this bird has laid its eggs in such rough places on concrete pieces and stones.

I can't tell you how much relief I felt knowing these facts.

Well now there was a need to make some arrangements for them.

Because this year the heat here is at a record level, so first of all I kept a small tub filled with water near these eggs and then built a small wall with bricks so that at least a few hours of evening sunlight does not fall on them. Andd I also promised myself that I would not go to that roof for the next few days. :)

I hope you liked my time pass Phone Photography! 😅
