When my dear @kattycrochet warned me that knitting was an addictive activity, she was right, and here I am very excited and with the desire to continue knitting.
Knitting is a positive and very gratifying addiction, and for me, it is also a passion, just like embroidery. I have already commented here that years ago I had left these activities aside due to the busyness that life brings us. However, learning has always been in me and every time I return to this art I experience a state of happiness and peace that gives me great satisfaction.
Once again, I have taken up embroidery and knitting at a special moment in my life. These activities relax me, enhance my creativity and allow me, also, a state of concentration that distracts my mind from daily worries and helps me to maintain my emotional well-being.

Cuando mi querida @kattycrochet me advirtió que tejer era una actividad adictiva, tenía mucha razón, y aquí estoy muy entusiasmada y con las ganas de seguir tejiendo a flor de piel.
Tejer es una adicción positiva y muy gratificante, es para mí, además, una pasión al igual que bordar. Ya he comentado por acá que hace años había dejado de lado estas actividades por las ocupaciones que nos va marcando la vida. Sin embargo, el aprendizaje ha estado siempre en mí y cada vez que retomo este arte experimento un estado de felicidad y de paz que me deja grandes satisfacciones.
Nuevamente, he retomado el bordado y el tejido en un momento especial en mi vida. Estas actividades me relajan, potencian mi creatividad y me permiten, también, un estado de concentración que distrae mi mente de las preocupaciones diarias y me ayudan a mantener mi bienestar emocional.
In addition, by embroidering or knitting, I have the opportunity to create beautiful pieces with my hands to give to my loved ones, to decorate my home and to earn income that allows me to reinvest the profits to buy more materials.
I have been enjoying each of the projects that I have proposed to myself and I am always looking for inspiration and new ideas to keep feeding this desire to continue embroidering or knitting.
Además, bordando o tejiendo, tengo la oportunidad de crear piezas hermosas con mis manos para regalar a mis seres queridos, para decorar mi hogar y para obtener ingresos que me permitan reinvertir las ganancias para comprar más materiales.
He estado disfrutando de cada uno de los proyectos que me he propuesto y siempre estoy buscando inspiración y nuevas ideas para seguir alimentando este deseo de seguir bordando o tejiendo.
Recently, I finished two knitted projects for my daughter. And as I mentioned above, I was left with the desire to continue knitting. So I went out to buy yarn for two new projects I have in mind. One is to use at home and the other is to sell.
The first one I want to make is a set of coasters and placemats, but I'm still not sure how I'm going to make them. I am looking for inspiration.
The second project is to continue weaving everlasting flowers for the creation of bouquets with these flowers and put them for sale. This time I want to make sunflowers. So I have already purchased the yarns needed to carry out each of these projects.
Also, I have to say that the simple action of buying yarn is a creative experience that I enjoy very much. Choosing and combining colors and textures, thinking about the work to be done, fills me with joy.
And finally, I confess that I am excited to share with you the step by step of what I am knitting and the final results of these creations.
Recientemente, terminé dos proyectos tejidos para mi hija. Y como les comentaba más arriba, me quedaron las ganas de seguir tejiendo. Así que salí a comprar hilos para dos nuevos proyectos que tengo en mente. Uno es para usar en mi casa y el otro es para vender.
El primero que quiero hacer es un juego de posavasos e individuales, pero todavía no tengo claro cómo los voy a hacer. Estoy buscando inspiración.
El segundo proyecto es continuar tejiendo flores eternas para la creación de ramos con estas flores y ponerlos en venta. Esta vez quiero hacer girasoles. Así que ya compré los hilos necesarios para llevar a cabo cada uno de estos proyectos.
También, tengo que decir que la simple acción de comprar hilos es una experiencia creativa que disfruto mucho. Escoger y combinar colores y texturas, pensando en el trabajo a realizar, me llena de alegría.
Y para terminar, les confieso que me emociona ir compartiendo con ustedes el paso a paso de lo que voy tejiendo y los resultados finales de estas creaciones.
