    Happy and blessed Creative Sunday Initiative friends of Hive Learners Community. Hope we all had an awesome week and having time to rest today as we energize for another new week. Good health is all we desire to keep the energy going and thriving

    And for my today’s Creative Sunday Initiative guys, I prepared a delicious and healthy smoothie of fruits 🥑🍌🌾🥥🍹combination to delight you all for good health. Combining these ingredients , avocado, banana, grain of oats, creamy crackers and coconut chocolate made this smoothie so creamy and delicious.

    Breakfast 🍳🥞☕️ is very important and something most of us do not joke with, because to be active for the day and be productive , we need to stay energized. And for me, when am not starting my day with Lipton Tea 🍵 and some snacks, I go with smoothie to start my day because its energizing, healthy and delightful,

    Here I teach you how to prepare this recipe as I take you along through the step by step.

    INGREDIENTS:

    80 g of oats flakes
    1 finger banana
    1 avocado
    1 pkt creamy crackers
    1 tablespoon of premium sugar
    1/2 chocolate coconut flavor bar
    1 glass of premium water

    STEPS TO PREPARATION:

    Step 1.

    To prepare this creamy delicious smoothie , I will start by washing and slice cut the banana 🍌and the avocado to keep ready

    I will set to prepare the oats and the crackers for cooking .

    This lovely chocolate has coconut combination. Full of flavor.

    Step 4.

    Next is to add water in a pot, pour the oats and crackers into it.

    Then stir properly

    Next is to set the pot on the cooker to start boiling while stirring gradually.

    Once it starts boiling and thickening,, I will add the sugar , the banana avocado 🍌🥑finally the chocolate coconut 🌴🥥.

    Step 7.

    Once it cooks , I will set it down and allow to cool off a bit.

    Take it into the blender once it cools down for blending.

    And will blend it gradually into a smoothie.

    And will serve the now creamy delicious smoothie .

    A creamy delicious smoothie you can prepare for breakfast 🍹or even as a snack for little hunger period for the family. Turn your favorite fruits into a smoothie delight and enjoy them chilled. I will take this to the refrigerator for best satisfaction. Its taste so yummy, healthy for our immune boost.
