hola a todos los de la comunidad hive soy@felixswcab y hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de mi entrenamiento del día de hoy bueno el día de hoy me enfoque más en fuerza y en postura mis amigos de entrenamiento me dijieron que comienze a sacar la flexión digri ya que esa flexion se requiere de fuerza y buena postura a demás eso ayuda a ganar mucha fuerza en los hombros y a mejorar postura de estradel planche y full planche y bueno medio logré sacarla ya que no pude bloquear los codos en el momento de subir pero hice el intento peor es no intentarlo luego de todo eso de algunos intentos hice postura de full planche con agarre supino y hice flexiones Ise una pequeña rutina ya que la flexión digri me agotó por completo también use unos pequeños aguantes y bueno ese fue todo mi entrenamiento del día de hoy espero y les allá gustado les agradezco por tomarse su tiempo y leer mi blog nos vemos en la siguiente publicaciónSWC
