I love eating at an Indian restaurant. I love eating roti. This was the first time I ate Poori. One of the things I love about eating Indian food is definitely the curry dips. Curries in any Indian shop are superb.
The Poori
Usually, I eat roti but Poori is one type of famous dish that I have to try. Poori is fried till it bloats up to look like a pillow.
This shop is known as Zaffron Signature. Zaffron Signature is located in the commerce centre area of Bintulu.
The Menu
This is what the menu looks like. Quite normal but what does the food in this restaurant taste like?
From the first glance while I arrived here. The restaurant has that Western Inspired theme.
At the main entrance of the restaurant. Nice decor.
There is a peacock in the middle attracting customers with its beautiful colours.

I guess this ensures that all customers are able to see this sign clearly. I can definitely spot this from far far away.
It was lunch time when I arrived. The shop is air conditioned and one of the things I noticed is that the place is cold. Huge spaces inside.
Pani Puri
Have you tried the Pani Puri before?
This is definitely one amazing dish that you are definitely going to be in love with. The Pani Puri. It is crispy. This restaurant already premade all those holes in the middle. There is the gravy in the middle. Slightly minty in taste.
A cup of milk tea
Milk and tea usually combines well. The tea brewed has that strong aromatic texture. Got myself a cold cup of drink just to cool down.
The poori
So what does the Poori taste like? It is quite chewy. Dip it into curry and it soaks up all those taste that makes this delicious.
The interior of the restaurant
The floors look so shiny. I am amazed at how well thet managed to maintain the whole place till it looks so well kept.
My wife looks quite satisfied.
I wanted to eat the Thosai here but they said that it was only available in the evening and early mornings. Overall, this place is worth going to, to have a wonderful meal.
