Un rico postre para recibir el fin de semana, han sido unos días tranquilos llenos de mucha comida, y todas deliciosas, hace un par de días hice por primera vez una torta de pan, la textura cremosa en los postres me fascina y la torta de pan sin dudas es una de las expresiones cremosas por excelencia, no incluí pasas, porque al ser mi primera vez quise mantener la receta simple, muy rica quedó, a pesar no usar leche condensada la textura fue la deseada, y mejor es que pude dar uso a unos panes viejos que tenía guardados, nada se desperdicia en la cocina, disfruten de la preparación.
A delicious dessert to welcome the weekend, it has been a few quiet days full of lots of food, and all of them delicious, a couple of days ago I made for the first time a bread cake, the creamy texture in desserts fascinates me and bread cake is undoubtedly one of the creamy expressions par excellence, I did not include raisins, because being my first time I wanted to keep the recipe simple, it was very rich, despite not using condensed milk the texture was as desired, and the best thing is that I could use some old bread I had saved, nothing goes to waste in the kitchen, enjoy the preparation.

▪️ Panes viejas (6 panes de hamburguesas), 4 huevos, 1 1/2 de azúcar, 200 gr de leche, 500 ml de agua, canela al gusto.
▪️ Old buns (6 hamburger buns), 4 eggs, 1 1/2 sugar, 200 gr milk, 500 ml water, cinnamon to taste.

Mezclar la leche con el agua, a la leche incorporé la canela, el pan los despedacé para poder humedecerlo con facilidad.

Añadí a los panes la leche con canela, en un bol agregué los huevos y los batí junto a 1/2 taza de azúcar.

Dejé remojar los panes en la leche unos 40 minutos, pasado el tiempo incorporé los huevos a los panes y dejé reposar 30 minutos más el pan.

Usando la taza de azúcar sobrante hice el caramelo y bañé el molde con él, añadí la mezcla de pan y coloqué el molde dentro de una bandeja de mayor tamaño con un poco de agua para cocinar la torta a baño maria.
Using the leftover cup of sugar I made the caramel and bathed the mold with it, added the bread mixture and placed the mold inside a larger pan with a little water to bake the cake in a bain marie.
Coloquen una tapa al molde o papel aluminio para que no entre agua, llevé a un horno precalentado a unos 180°C, horneé a la misma temperatura durante 1 hora o hasta pinchar y no estar cruda la torta, desmolden al enfriar la torta.
Place a lid on the mold or aluminum foil to keep water out, place in a preheated oven at 180°C, bake at the same temperature for 1 hour or until the cake is pricked and not raw, remove from the mold when the cake cools.
Como luce estaba, muy rica y cremosa, si agregan leche condensada a la preparación seguramente su sabor será mejor, también añadir pasitas, le dará aún más dulzor a la torta cremosa de pan, dime en los comentarios si te gustaría probar este postre, gracias por llegar hasta aquí.
