Back to routine after a few days of vacation where I also took a break from physical activity.
Today I decided to run down the hill, gently, enjoying the April sun that is already beginning to warm up.
The countryside is beautiful after the last rains, I hope the wet season lasts a little longer so we can have a more bearable summer.
In the end it was just over 6km run on technical but gentle trails and a total of 33 minutes to get off to a good start.
