No es un secreto, que cada día más los adultos recurren a la tecnología para mantener entretenidos a los niños, inclusive, hace pocos días vi un cochecito de bebés que traía incorporado un tripode para colocarle el celular frente al bebé sin el peligro de que se le cayera. Esto ya fue para mi un llamado a la urgencia por generar conciencia con respecto a esto, más allá que las sugerencias de especialistas sobre el tema.
En mi caso, siendo una mamá que está la mayor parte del tiempo fuera de casa por razones laborales, mis hijos se han hecho adictos al youtube y los juegos en línea, es por esto que cada vez que puedo, sobre todo los domingos que estoy libre de obligaciones laborales, salimos bien sea a comer una merienda económica, o mejor aún, a un parque público para que la diversión sea moviendo el cuerpo, riendo y haciendo relaciones personales con otros niños.
Ese día me sorprendió la enorme cantidad de infantes que había en el parque, aprovechando la tarde soleada para jugar de la manera que los adultos solíamos hacer en nuestro tiempo de niños. Mi hijo, quien de a pasos se acostumbra a esto, ya tiene más confianza en lo que respecta a manejarse en los juegos de equilibrio y mecerse en los columpios (hamacas) de manera automática, sin necesidad de mi ayuda.
Rescatemos esta manera de que nuestros niños disfruten esta etapa, pues a veces nos quejamos sobre la falta de atención de los gobiernos para estos espacios, pero también está la otra cara de la moneda, y es el compromiso que debemos honrar los padres en llevarlos y acompañarles a tener momentos de esparcimientos al aire libre en espacios seguros como este.

This was a wake-up call for me to raise awareness about this issue, beyond the recommendations of specialists on the subject.
In my case, as a mother who is mostly away from home due to work reasons, my children have become addicted to YouTube and online games, which is why whenever I can, especially on Sundays when I am free from work obligations, we go out either for a cheap snack or, even better, to a public park so that the fun involves moving the body, laughing, and forming personal relationships with other children.
That day I was surprised by the huge number of children at the park, taking advantage of the sunny afternoon to play in the way adults used to when we were kids. My son, who is gradually getting used to this, is gaining more confidence in handling balance games and swinging on the swings automatically, without needing my help.
Let's rescue this way for our children to enjoy this stage, as sometimes we complain about the lack of government attention to these spaces, but there is also the other side of the coin, and that is the commitment we as parents must honor in taking them and accompanying them to have outdoor recreational moments in safe spaces like this.
