People often say that hard work alwsys pays. But in the fast changing competitive time, hard work does not lead the desired results. It was the hard lesson I learned very late in my career. Born in an orthodox traditional family, such hard work completelly fail when it comes competition. The world has become more smarter and everyone is looking to ease their job through various ways.

Hard work, combined with smart strategies and a positive mindset, can significantly increase the likelihood of achieving good results, but it doesn't guarantee them. It was my bitter personal experience that I gained overtime in my corporate career. People often leave everything to their commitment towards the job, but in the race the smarter gets ahead through. The world recognize them, and leave all the hard work behind.
Sometimes, even with significant effort, desired results may not materialize due to factors beyond one's control e.g.unforeseen circumstances, lack of resources, or simply not being the right fit for a particular task. Even if a specific goal isn't achieved, the process of working hard can lead to valuable learning, skill development, and personal growth. This is where the old school thought comes into play. Rather than getting the quick result, one should focus on the indirect gain made during the process. Those learning were rhe main pillars which may mould a person for a stronger future. Focusing on the right tasks, using efficient methods, and adapting to changing circumstances are crucial for maximizing the impact of hard work.
The best example I could share is my survival on #hive. When I joined the platform.in begining, I was completelly blank. Unable to navigate, and no one to guide me. I was walking on a dark path, but but slowly I learned the survival instinct on the crypto sphere. It was new to me, and I was nor comfortable on the platform. But I dedicated my time and made continous effort to bring some positive result. Now looking after back after 7+ years it feel quite satisfying. The hard work and time I spend on the platform.is worth satisfying.
The journey was not possible if I had not loved the platform. Mere focusing on monetory gain won't let me to stay here. But I liked many things about the #hive block chain. From community to various interesting authors and above my interst on learning about crypto. Everything combined led me to survive so long.
As said no efforts goes wasted and this is very kuch clear after my stay on hive. We should never give up easily and need to make continous effort in doing what we love.
