    Hi hive friends, how are you all? Are you all well? I hope you are all well. Today I will post a photo of Acehnese fried noodles and its ingredients.

    Aceh Flour Fried Noodles, or often referred to as Aceh Noodles, is a noodle dish that is rich in flavor and has a distinctive spicy taste, noodles are indeed made to be eaten by buyers and the following are common ingredients used to make Aceh Flour Fried Noodles:

    • Main or first ingredients:
    1. Yellow noodles (egg noodles or instant noodles)
    2. Cooking oil (for sauteing)
    3. Water (enough to boil the noodles)
    • Additional ingredients that people usually use:
    1. Meat (usually beef or chicken, can also be shrimp)
    2. Vegetables (such as cabbage, carrots, or mustard greens)
    3. Egg (usually one, can be fried or scrambled)
    • Seasonings:
    1. Shallots (finely chopped)
    2. Garlic (finely chopped)
    3. Red chilies (finely chopped or according to taste)
    4. Sweet soy sauce. (for a sweet taste)
    5. Salty soy sauce (for a savory taste)
    6. Chili sauce (according to the eater's taste, for spicy)
    7. Spices (such as ginger, turmeric, or lemongrass, for the fragrant aroma of the noodles)
    • Garnish:
    1. Spring onions (finely chopped)
    2. Emping (crackers for additional crunchiness)
    3. Lemon or lime (for squeezing when serving)
    • How to Make:
    1. Boil the noodles until al dente, drain.
    2. Saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant.
    3. Add the meat and vegetables, cook until done.
    4. Add the spices, soy sauce, and noodles, stir well.
    5. Add the eggs and stir again.
    6. Serve with garnish on top.
