Meme coins and real estate

• So far I haven't seen any meme coins created on Hive and I wonder why?
• Hive-Engine provides us a structure to print meme coins for a fee similar to the fees vendors charge on Solana, and transaction fees for buying, and selling meme coins on Hive would be much lower then even Solana, as the Solana gas token SOL is around 200 dollars USD.
• I am also surprised tht none of the various creative minds on Hive haven't created a meme coin, but perhaps I have overlooked a few.
• I know we have a large number of dead coin projects, and certainly one could buy up the entire market cap of a coin priced in the seven or eight digits after the decimal pint, but there would always be uncertainty about subsequent token minting, so I guess one wpuld have to mint their own.
• I m working on an idea to mint a token which can be used to buy shares in real estate sold on a website, which would allow young people priced out of the current market to put their money they are saving towards a home purchase into a home now, so their money will appreciate at the same rate as the real estate market, so they don't find themselves saving money towards a moving goal 10,000 dollar downpayment on a 100,000 dollar house, that is appreciating faster then the return on their money.

Example One:
House 1000 dollar price
Down payment needed 100 dollars
Home inflation rate 9%
Savings interest rate 5%
After one year the 100 dollars saved by the young person has grown to 105 dolars, but now due to the house inflation rate they need 109 dollars. So their savings will never cath up with home inflation and they will have trouble achieveing their dream.

Example Two;
But if they save their money inside real estate.
House 1000 dollar
Down Payment 100 dollars
Home inflation rate 9%
Real Estate Savigs Interest rate 9%
After one year the 100 dollars saved by the young person has grown to 109 dolars, and now due to the house inflation rate they need 109 dollars. So their savings will keep pace with realestate inflation and they will achieve their dream.

Meme Coin

• So far meme coins have escaped regulatory intervention because everyone knows they are lottery tickets that promise nothing and deliver nothing to the majority of the buyers,

• But what if your lottery ticket would always be refundable, and if you held it you could sell it back to get what you paid for it, plus inflation?

• Now would that still be a memcoin?

• Or would it be a security?

• If I promise something, is it a security, and if I promise nothing is it a memecoin?

• I suppose I could sell one meme coin to raise money to launch the security token!

• And like Trump coin it could be used for discounts on a merchandise store page...one day.

• The webstore theme would be home ownership...

• Thoughts?.

• So this is the basis for my next phase of my Digital real Estate Project
• A variant of rent to own, where I obtain property using pooled funds from people wishing to save up to buy a home, but their savings must grow at the same rate as the housing market prices inflate.
• I think if I build this and market it to the right customer pool, it will be a success.
