I do a lot of things today like doing chores in our house because we need that every day so that our house is clean and also cleaning the house is one of the best thing that I can do because my job is a work from home.
Anyway, it's almost lunch time and I need to eat my lunch, I went outside to buy food for myself and while walking along the street I am thinking on what to eat because I like to eat the food that delicious and not the food that I eat every day like eggs, fried chicken and etc.
While walking in the street, I saw this carenderia (a small food store that only sells viands), where they sell lechon, so I went there and ask if they are selling a lechon that is only a plate because I am only eating alone. My wife is working in the canteen of the school together with my daughter. They said yes and I buy it because I'm starving.
This lechon is really delicious, the last time that I have eaten this lechon was 3 months ago and when I eat it, it's really yummy that it's skin is crunchy and also the meat is tender and soft with a little bit of saltiness. I'm enjoying my food for my lunch and I brought some of it for my family. They also like the taste of the lechon which is true.
