A good start of the day. Weather was sunny with few rainy spells.
In the afternoon i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Spent 25/30 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.
Later added 1000+ steps walking indoors while listening to music.
Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
