Fried Enoki Mushroom Crispy
Enoki mushrooms are mushrooms that are often combined with soupy foods. Many people even replace enoki mushrooms as noodles in soup dishes. Apart from their small elongated shape, enoki mushrooms have a chewy but very tasty texture. Now the different thing is that when fried in flour, this mushroom actually changes its taste to become very delicious.
This snack recipe will surprise you, at first I thought the taste would be ordinary. However, after tasting it when frying for the first time, it was truly spectacular. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be even better this time. So, for those of you who are confused about ideas for making today's snacks at home. Come on, prepare this recipe!
Materials Used
120 grams of wheat flour
2 spoons of rice flour
2 spoons of cornstarch
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Enough water.
½ teaspoon mushroom stock
Creation Procedure
Mix the three types of flour in one dough. Stir until all three are evenly mixed.
Then season with ground pepper and salt, stir again.
Then finally season with mushroom stock, then divide the flour into 2 parts, add 3 tablespoons as a wet mixture
Then for the wet mixture, mix it little by little until it thickens.
Next, prepare the enoki mushrooms, remove the roots then shred according to taste.
Prepare the cooking oil until hot with a small frying pan, then dip the mushrooms into the wet mixture making sure all parts are dipped in the liquid mixture.
Then put it into the dry mixture and coat it with flour until completely all the flour sticks to the mushrooms.
Fry in oil one by one so that the mushrooms bloom perfectly, fry until golden brown. Make sure when frying over low heat and turn the mushrooms so they cook evenly.
Results
Crispy enoki mushrooms are ready to be served, serve with hot chili sauce then dip into the chili sauce. Ah, enjoy, just look at the taste, it surpasses fried chicken. Savory, crunchy and really delicious, the flour mixture combines perfectly with the mushrooms so it's quite exciting to enjoy. What's interesting is that I kept some in an airtight jar for several hours but it still tasted very crunchy.
Did you know, this is the first time I have made a delicious snack from crispy fried mushrooms. In my opinion, this did not disappoint at all, it was very tasty. I recommend you to make it at home because it is delicious and very easy.
Crispy snacks are not complete without spicy sauce, I dipped them with sauce. The funny thing is that I finished this in an instant, as a result I fried it again after a few hours of spending the first session. Haha very delicious I think all ages will like it.
