I was born into an average Nigerian home, my dad owned a Printing press and my mom worked at the police force. We had so many ups and down from what we were told and the little i could remeber then, but my dad made sure his home was happy and everyone around him was comfortable.
My first experience with a phone was from my dad, he had a mini phone that he used to receive calls and send messages, I can’t really remember the name of the phone but i know the phone was very big back then. My uncle was the first to own a computer in my family because he has always had intrest for Computers and the likes which he studied in university and later owned a computer school. I felt the touch and later got to understand about computer from him and my elder brother. I still remeber our old computer name my dad first got for us back then “Compaq”. My first skill i learnt using a computer was how to use Microsoft word and Notebook for Typing. Later i was encouraged to practice in other to learnt how to type fast. Later i got distracted when my brother installed mortal kombat and GTA on the system, but thank goodness i was warned and encouraged to give full focus to learning later.
My dad bought me my first phone which was a old visa phone. I felt like the happiest man in the world this monent, i was the first go use a phone in my school then. I used the phone to play some phoneky games and others that I can’t vividly remeber now, but the phone did not last two month on my hand before it was stolen from me. I was sober it took years before i was gifted another phone. My next phone i used was Opsson android, i was still the first to use an android phone in my school again. I used this phone to engage in games and social networks like 2go and facebooks. This two were my favorite back then. I had opportunity to meet different people from facebook and chat with my friends on facebook too. My 2go was more like a competitive chat then, we used this to measure ranks, the higest rank i was on 2go is Master and i was still even the first to get to mastwrs on 2go in my school.
I enjoyed everything moment of my first experience with my phone and computer, a very treasurabel one. I remember texting a lot of female friends playing with them that i lived them with my phone via messages and 2go.
My best and most favorite game on phone is Fifa and temple run. I really enjoyed playing this games on my phone then. But presently I don’t like fifa games again unlike my early years my school friends and i use this games for competitions so me try every best to learn different tactics in the game, but even with all this practice i was still always beaten like a baby. Maybe that was why i lost intrest in the game.
Presently, phone and computer has a significant role to play in my life and future. I use both gadget every day, either to call, message or perform specific task, as this are one of the best tools that makes work easier amd task done faster.
