Doing the Right Thing at the Right Time

I have learned a lot from everyone, regardless of age, gender, position, or title. We're all unique, and each person has something to teach others. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, so why not focus on learning the good stuff from others instead of pointing out their mistakes and bad habits? As a son, husband, brother, father, and a team manager in the workplace, I have a habit of freely giving advice. It's up to individuals to take it or leave it. My mindset revolves around considering the benefits of others and sharing my experiences, particularly what I have learned from my own mistakes.

The fundamental advice I offer to everyone is to do the right thing at the right time, both in your professional and personal life. Don't wait for miracles or make decisions at inappropriate times. Take education, for example; I often see many young individuals abandoning further studies once they start their work life, which, in my view, is not the right move. I consistently encourage my team members to continue their studies, even suggesting enrolling in additional courses or diplomas to gain extra skills and talents that will be helpful and beneficial in later years.

Another crucial aspect of doing the right thing at the right time is getting married. I understand many might think differently, but marriage is a key factor in personal and professional growth. I got married quite late, at 32, and looking back, I now realize it should ideally happen between the ages of 25-28. Marriage shapes a sense of responsibility, and life takes on a different hue. The way of thinking, decision-making, and various skills see improvements as you grow older. It's my perspective and opinion, so I share this advice, especially with youngsters.

In the recent inflation, a pivotal piece of advice is saving money and investing time in earning money. Saving doesn't mean you have to be well-salaried or rich; it can be done with whatever you earn in a month. Begin creating assets with as little as you can, like saving a single dollar with each salary or investing in unconventional items like currency notes that can't be used normally. This is just an example; there are numerous ways to save money. Honestly, it's advice I give, though I am not entirely following it myself.

Now, let's delve into earning money, which means exploring opportunities beyond your regular 9-6 job. In the era of e-commerce, it's easily achievable. There are various online earning avenues or the option to start a small business at home. The key is not to rely solely on a single job but to broaden your horizons and discover that you can do everything and anything.

I hope these pieces of advice can guide you in doing the right thing at the right time, promoting growth and success in various aspects of life.
