Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Les traigo algunas fotografías de mi visita al gimnasio. El día de ayer un amigo me invitó a un gimnasio cerca de mi casa que la verdad estaba bastante bueno, hice un pequeño entrenamiento de calistenia, y luego realicé entrenamiento con las pesas, en este caso realicé un poco de bíceps ya que era en lo que me quería enfocar. Un gimnasio bastante agradable y la verdad que tiene muy buen ambiente, espero poder visitarlos nuevamente 💪🏽.

Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! I bring you some pictures of my visit to the gym. Yesterday a friend invited me to a gym near my house that was really good, I did a little calisthenics training, and then I did some weight training, in this case I did some biceps since that's what I wanted to focus on. A very nice gym and the truth is that it has a very good atmosphere, I hope to visit them again 💪🏽.
