A New Family Member? (Eng-Spa)

  Hello to all the #HivePets Community. I want to use this post to introduce you to a new possible family member.

  This dog was abandoned by some people who lived behind my house whose name we don't know. We don't know how old she is and are thinking about adopting her, but I have two other dogs.

  Although I haven't posted much here, those who have seen my posts know that I own Yara and Drako. Neither is a purebred and both are now two years old with us.

  However, this stray dog is also at least a year old (my suspicion), as she has puppy behavior and we decided to feed her from time to time while we look for a home for her, but no one is answering the call, so we are opting to adopt her.

  We don't know what her former owners did to her, but she doesn't trust people, keeps her distance, and is afraid to get close to them.

  My puppies want to sniff her and I think they want to play with her but I haven't dared to put them together yet because she is afraid to get close.

  For now she trusts my mom more than me. So the process of adaptation seems that it will be long, everything will depend on my dogs, if they accept her she will stay at home, but I also have to invest in sterilizing her, and I don't have the means.

  If my dogs do not accept her, I must find her a home elsewhere.

  My mom calls her Blonde (Catira in Spanish), and she responds to that name. She reminds me a lot of the fox from The Little Prince and she is super affectionate, she has stolen my heart. I want to adopt her. But I have many doubts.

  For now he lives in front of my house, she spends her time on the sidewalk and in front of my house. She takes care of my house and is aware of my dogs and what they bark at her. In the meantime, we keep giving her food.

  The pictures I show you were taken the first time she let herself be petted by me. She was very happy and let me hold her face, paws, and tummy.

  Hola a toda la Comunidad de #HivePets. Quiero usar este post para presentarles a una nueva possible integrante de la familia.

  Se trata de esta perrita que fue abandonada por una gente que vivía atrás de mi casa y cuyo nombre desconocemos. No sabemos qué edad tiene tampoco y la verdad estamos pensando en adoptarla, pero como ya saben tengo otros dos perritos.

  Aunque no he publicado casi por aquí, los que han visto mis post saben que soy dueña de Yara y Drako. Ninguno es de raza y ambos tienen ya dos años con nosotros.

  Sin embargo, esta perrita callejera también, tiene al menos un año (es mi sospecha), ya que tiene comportamiento de cachorra y nosotros decidimos alimentarla de vez en cuando mientras le buscamos casa, pero nadie responde al llamado, así que estamos optando por adoptarla.

  Pero se ha hecho dificil ya que la perrita sufrió mucho maltrato animal, no sabemos qué le hacían sus antiguos dueños pero ella no confía en las personas, mantiene distancia y le da miedo acercarse a uno.

  Mis perritos por su parte quieren olerla y creo que desean jugar con ella pero no me he atrevido a ponerlos juntos aún porque ella tiene miedo de acercarse.

  Por ahora le tiene más confianza a mi mamá que a mi. Así que el proceso de adaptación parece que será largo, además todo dependerá de mis perritos, si la aceptan se quedará en casa, pero también debo invertir en esterilizarla y no tengo los medios actualmente.

  En dado caso que mis perritos no la acepten deberé buscarle un hogar en otro lado.

  Mi mamá le llama Catira y responde a ese nombre. A mi me recuerda mucho al zorro del Principito y es super cariñosa, me tiene el corazón robado. Yo la verdad la quiero adoptar. Pero tengo muchas dudas.

  Por ahora vive al frente de mi casa, se la pasa en la acera y al frente. Cuida mi casa y está pendiente de mis perritos y de lo que le ladran. Mientras tanto le seguimos dando comida.

  Las fotos que les muestro fue de la primera vez que se dejó acariciar conmigo. Se contentó mucho y se dejó agarrar la carita, las patas y la barriguita.
