    Required Ingredients...

    🍀 Fish fillets 250g.
    🍀 1 Egg.
    🍀 Breadcrumbs 100g.
    🍀 About one finely chopped onions.
    🍀 A few finely chopped leek leaves.
    🍀 Curry leaves.
    🍀 Two green chillies, finely chopped.
    🍀 A little crushed garlic.
    🍀 A little crushed ginger.
    🍀 Two or three cinnamon sticks.
    🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
    🍀 Two or three cinnamon sticks
    🍀 1 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
    🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
    🍀 Salt as needed.
    🍀 A few boiled potatoes.
    🍀 coconut oil 350ml.

    Method of making.

    First, take a vessel and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and put it on the stove. After the oil heats up, add garlic, ginger and salt and fry it for about a minute.

    Then add curry leaves, leek leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder, Salt ,chili powder and mix well.

    Then add boiled mashed potatoes and well mashed fish to it and mix well. About 3 minutes.

    Then make the prepared potato and fish mixture into small balls.

    Then spread the prepared small balls in egg yolk and then roll them in breadcrumbs and keep them separately. as follows.

    Then again take a pot and add coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove. After the oil is hot, fry the fish cutlet balls until golden.
