Happy Caturday 🐈 and a very warm welcome to my report😹. It's the day when Bob claws 🐾 out and invades the blockchain. It's only once a week so please bear with him and other kitties 😻. Anyways glad you stopped by and let's quickly take a look at how my day has been. Thank you for being here and lets dive in💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. Today was much warmer than yesterday so I made the most of it in the fresh morning air🍃. Then I was back indoors for a bit of resting before embarking on the little house chores around the house. Up and down and in between I kept watching the news for trending stories. Then later in the afternoon a stop at the mall for groceries. After a bit of walking and window shopping, I was back indoors sleeping for the usual refreshing afternoon nap💤. The evening came in quite swiftly, I was up, cooking and watching a bit of youtube and the interesting EPL football matches.
The sunset walk came as it was almost getting dark, as always slow paced enjoying the cool evening/night breeze. I finally made it back home safe and sound calling it a day.
So that was my day but lets finish with some of the trending stories.
Locally, a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹.Its been drizzly 🌧️☔ especially early morning.
Globally, another devastating bloody day in Gaza as Israeli airstrikes kept going🙀. Attacks intensified in northern Gaza in Jabaliya refugee camp and also in central Gaza in Nusierat refugee camp.
Extensive destruction of residential buildings and several deaths reported😿. The number of deaths since October 7 has surpassed 33,600😭.
Israel trending as the army has been put on high alert for an anticipated attack from Iran🙀. Israel has called off school trips as learning went online. All gatherings of more than of more than 1,000 people banned, even the protesters in Tel Aviv and east Jerusalem were dispersed.
The attack from Iran expected any minute, but no one knows where or in what form😹.
In the US, president Biden returned early to Washington from a weekend trip to Delaware🙀.
The white house says he will consult with national security team on events in the middle east. It's serious😿.
Also trending, Iran's revolutionary guards have seized a container ship linked to an Israeli owned company🙀.
In the other war, Ukraine army chief says Russia is making gains in the east🙀. Russia is making tactical gains and benefitting from warmer weather.
Germany is to send new missiles to Ukraine as army struggles on the eastern front, Russia is doing the most🙀.
Finally, down under in Australia, some shocking trending news. A knife welding man rampaged through a Sydney mall as shoppers ran for their lives🙀.
He managed some stabbing attacks killing six people😿. A female police officer singlehandedly pursued and shot him.
No details have been given but we shall soon find out who he was and the motive for that heinous act. It's a crazy wild world.
