Can it be possible?

There was this day, someone I know got sick. He was a friend to my best friend, and I know I've seen him before. As time goes on, this guy has a heart problem. And he keeps doing dialysis every day. I could remember we find ways to get millions of naira for him just to continue the daily dialysis.

I couldn't even know what happened to him to get the heart problem, but then everyone was disturbed. After a few weeks, we were being told that he needs another heart because the one he's having is too bad and he can't survive for too long; he's survival based on daily dialysis.
For the heart transplant, he was to pay millions of naira, so we tried to find enough money. The funniest part is that we have been spending lots of money lately, but then we still need more to get him fit. After some weeks in which we tried to find money for him, the doctor said he's running out of time. The problem is that we couldn't even get enough money, and the little money that was contributed to him was still being used for daily dialysis, which makes it difficult to save.

After trying for some months, this guy gave up. He couldn't make it. So many people cried. Here is the point: imagine the government was able to give out heart transplants to him from anyone that is going to die or probably anyone that is dead but the heart is still functioning.
I know it might not make good sense, but come to think of it, lots of people die based on the fact that they couldn't get a particular living organ to do a transplant.

The fact is, there are some people out there who have lived so well in life, and they are already old. The only thing they are waiting for is death. People like that when they are dead, and it's possible to use their organs to make another person live a good life. As for me, I don't think there is a problem with it. Although this might look so difficult and I don't think things like this can happen in my country, my country is a very corrupt country. But in a country that is well organized, if it's possible for them to help the living, then I don't see any problems in doing that. It is not something everyone can afford to be transparent.

But before carrying out any operations on a dead person, it is necessary to tell the family members about it, and once they agree to the terms and conditions, let them know the reasons why you are removing a particular organ in the dead body. Meanwhile, it will also be nice if the government can compensate the dead families that the organs were removed. So with that, it will be a win for a win. If this is possible, then we will have fewer people who die from lots of organ diseases without getting any transplants.
In summary, this can only be possible in a country that knows laws and follows the truth, because if it's a corrupt country, then the government will do everything in their pocket, and it can even lead to human trafficking. That is why it will be so hard for a country to do. It is easier said than done.
