Holo! Miu is one of the characters that has generated the most sympathy among the creatures that have been presented. Could it be because the Internet is full of cats and we are already used to seeing them? I don't know. But today I bring you a fanart about this character from @holozing. INSPIRATION

I am among the millions of people who have a cat as a pet, so this character also caught my attention. Even, in his first two stages he reminds me a lot of my cat. So I wanted at some point to make a fanart. Now that I've been playing with the evolutions of each creature, it was easy to decide that I would draw a couple of cats as well.

We know that a hungry cat is an intense cat. Even food can be a source of trouble, either because someone else has it or because he simply doesn't like what we've brought him. So, in the midst of a similar situation, I decided to draw this pair of felines that seem to be very temperamental. I think it's redundant, don't you?

PROCEDURE

In the first instance I took the Miu Miu. I imagined him sitting upright. With her little paws together and her tail moved forward, very restrained. This is a common position for cats. So I drew some perpendicular lines to guide me on his head and how he would distribute his body.

The expression of the face cost me quite a bit, and I think maybe his ears could have been better. Again, I should have taken care of the proportions of her body. I can easily notice that what I draw is a bit overweight, so I should not be careless. Although the Miu Miu's fur is abundant and long.

With the body finished and his front left paw raised, I was ready to start drawing the Miu. Of course, smaller, but not to say that it will be easy to draw him. We know him completely from the front, so I consider that we have to be careful when trying to represent him from another perspective. After a few strokes and a few erasures I managed to get a version that I was happy with.

So it's time to pass the ink pen and then the eraser to get the final strokes.

Now comes the color. I love gray cats. But unfortunately I don't have a box of crayons that carry that color, so I had to use a combination. For the light gray parts of the Miu Miu I gently used the brown crayon, and then went over it with the white, to soften it and distribute it well. Then for all the darker gray fur on the Miu Miu and the Miu I used the black crayon and then went over with the white crayon to soften it and bring it to a more similar tone. Because I didn't have the right colors, it was hard to shade them, so I think it's a little flat compared to the others I've done.

I wanted to add a couple of details. On the one hand, a shadow below the Miu and some trails as if he was jumping and was suspended in the air, showing his determination to face another feline with the total certainty that he could be victorious. And I also wanted to add on the opposite side of the Miu a food receptacle like the one we have met in previous releases of the game. This gives the illusion that food seems to be the bone of contention.

¡Holo! Miu es uno de los personajes que más ha generado simpatía de las criaturas que se han presentado. ¿Será porque internet está minado de gatos y ya nos acostumbramos a verlos? No sé. INSPIRACIÓN

Estoy entre los millones de personas que tienen un gato como mascota, así que también me llamó la atención este personaje. Incluso, en sus dos primeras etapas me hace recordar mucho a mi gata. Así que quise en algún momento hacer un fanart. Ahora que he venido jugando con las evoluciones de cada criatura, fue sencillo decidir que dibujaría también un par de gatos.

Sabemos que un gato hambriento es un gato intenso. Incluso, la comida puede ser una fuente de problemas, bien sea porque otro la tiene o porque sencillamente no le gusta lo que le hemos traído. Así que, en medio de una situación parecida, decidí dibujar a éste par de felinos que parecen ser muy temperamentales. Creo que es redundante, ¿no?

PROCEDIMIENTO

En primera instancia tomé al Miu Miu. Me lo imaginé sentado y erguido. Con las patitas juntas y la cola desplazada hacia adelante, muy comedido. Es una posición habitual en los gatos. Así que tracé unas líneas perpendiculares para guiarme en su cabeza y cómo distribuiría el cuerpo.

La expresión de la cara me costó bastante, y creo que quizás sus orejas pudieron quedar mejor. De nuevo, debí cuidar las proporciones de su cuerpo. Noto que fácilmente lo que dibujo me queda algo sobrepasado de peso, así que no debo descuidarme. Aunque el pelaje del Miu Miu es abundante y largo.

Una vez terminado el cuerpo y su pata izquierda delantera levantada, estaba listo para empezar a dibujar al Miu. Por supuesto, más pequeño, pero sin querer decir que vaya a ser sencillo dibujarlo. Lo conocemos totalmente de frente, por lo que considero que hay que ser cuidadoso al tratar de representarlo desde otra perspectiva. Luego de unos trazos y unos borrones logré tener una versión que estuviera conforme.

Así que es hora de pasarle el lapicero de tinta y luego la goma de borrar para tener los trazos finales.

Ahora viene el color. Me encantan los gatos grises. Pero lamentablemente no tengo una caja de creyones que traiga ese color, así que tuve que usar una combinación. Para las partes grises claras del Miu Miu usé suavemente el creyón marrón, y luego lo repasé con el blanco, para suavizarlo y distribuirlo bien. Luego, para todo el pelaje gris más oscuro del Miu Miu y el Miu usé el creyón negro y luego pasé el creyón blanco para suavizarlo y llevarlo a un tono más parecido. Por no tener los colores adecuados, fue difícil aplicarles sombra, así que creo que está un poco plano comparado con los otros que he realizado.

Quise agregarle un par de detalles. Por un lado, una sombra debajo del Miu y unas estelas como si estuviera saltando y estuviera suspendido en el aire, mostrando su empeño en enfrentar a otro felino con la total seguridad de que podría salir victorioso. Y también quise agregar del lado opuesto del Miu un receptáculo de alimento como el que hemos conocido en publicaciones anteriores del juego. Así da la ilusión de que parece que la comida es la manzana de la discordia.
