Good day everyone splinterlands community, zactian here. Today I'll blog about another weekly challenge, Battle Mage Secrets, and share my strategy.

    What Account Use

I'll play my main Account (IGN: BLZTR-WIZARD-724). I will reveal my primary technique in this rule-set Diamond League level.

    Challenge Rule set

FAB FOUR is the challenge, only 4 unit slots are usable in this battle.

Comment below with your opinions on the potential lineups at this level. Is it effective for this battle ruleset? Let's see and match up with the Fab Four rule set.

    Rule Set

    FAB FOUR

    • Up to four Units can be used.

Recommended summoner to use FAB FOUR for this match:

In this case, I recommend Lux Vega and Kelya Frendul because of the speed and tank that gives in your team, especially if you want to dominate in speed with armor on it. Kelya Frendul will be my use in this and we know that in the water element, most of these units are in high speed, making a chance to attack first and have a chance of miss incoming attacks from the opponent because of the speed difference. But if the rule set is a pretty big mana cap then I would suggest picking a Stronger card at your disposal, and spam your strongest card in the Four Fab Rule Set.

Note: I only have limited cards but they are useful in some rule sets and I will try my best to win with existing cards. So if you want a high chance of winning, I advise you to rent or buy useful or stronger cards for most rule sets.

    Kelya Frendul

    • adds 1 both armor and speed.
      • Ideal choice for low mana cap rule set, I want to choose this because I plan to use Sneaky attacks in this battle with the use Noa the Just in the Front position and with Rust ability it can decrease the opponent's armor by 2 making it a good combo for a sneaky plan line up.

    Link of the battle: RUMBLE

    My Lineup

    image.png

First position - Noa the Just
    • Acts as a tank in the first position because of its useful abilities it has the Rust ability, it is only good tanking for Range and Melee attacks from opponents and magic attack is its weakness.
    Second position - Deeplurker
    • My core damage to my team. it has 5 melee damage and a chance of applying Poison to the opponent unit it hits, and this unit can target those low health first.
    Third position - Ureaus
    • This is good for a chance of applying poison to the opponent and can sneak attack the opponent's back position.
    Fourth position - Pelacor Bandit
    • Acts as a tank at the back because of high speed and Flying ability that can have a chance of miss incoming attacks from the opponent. This unit can also do a sneak attack with 4 melee damage, which is the second main damage of my team.

    Analyzing Battle

The opponent uses Waka SpiritBlade, a legendary summoner that can give Poison abilities to its friendly units. This is pretty strong considering that it can apply poison to my team. It seems that I dominated the opponent in speed and damage, lucky if the opponent didn't apply poison to my team lineup. I think the opponent prioritized using melee damage making my Deeplurker to debuff the opponent melee damage by 1. Drybone Bowdog is pretty much useful in terms of abilities, Ambush, Scattershot, and a chance of applying poison. Throughout this lineup battle, I might win if I didn't get poisoned by Waka. The opponent did well executing its position and line-up for utilizing Waka Summoner. Let's see in battle if my line-up works against this opponent Waka.

    Effective or not?

Quite lucky that my Noa the Just didn't get poison, my line-up works with only 4 units in sneaky attacks. Noa the Just and Pelacor Bandit did excellent in miss incoming attacks from the opponent. The only difference in this battle is the line-up, speed, damage, and poison luck.

However, I might lose if the other team has some powerful and useful in low mana cap rule set line-up. And yes this is a simple line-up but useful in every battle.

My favorite line-up in the element is water where most units found are high in speed, If you want to use Water Line-up, please read over some of my blogs; they could be useful. 😊
