I Got A Bunch of Lego

in voilk •  last month

I snipped this deal on Facebook Marketplace on Monday, and it arrived today. An 8.5 KG parcel, filled with a hell of a lot of Lego.

So, here are the sets that are included in this bundle.

As well as these though, there are some other bits and pieces in there which don't have manuals.

The best thing I can do is work away off these, and build each of them bit by bit and cut down on the initial mountain of Lego which will become easier as each set is built.

Here's the huge bag of the Lego.

This parcel was stupidly heavy, and I know this is going to be a huge undertaking.

The Halo stuff - which is the largest haul I've ever bought - was okay, considering many of the vehicles were already built, while this lot is mostly loose, with the occasional built piece.

I've been gathering these up into bags, organised by colour, which should make things a bit easier.

The seller had already started to do this, but gave up. I would have gotten through more, but I only had one sandwich bag left.

I'll buy some more, because they make this whole process so much easier.

Here are a bunch of the mini-figures I've found so far, and some are complete while others need to be assembled.

I have a bag with a bunch of spare parts in another bag, alongside some accessory's and some weapons.

When I have more time I'm going to bag the figures up together, who belong with one another and apart of certain sets.

From what I've seen so far these figures - especially the ones from the Hobbit sets - are worth more than what I paid for this lot.

Here's the Bat car, and a dinosaur.

I need to spend some more time with this stuff, and can't wait for it. Today when I finished work I was able to spend about 2 hours doing this but then had to get the bus back to Aimee's place.

I'm going home on Friday, and when Kaleb goes to sleep I'll be cracking this stuff out to get on with it.

The entire lot cost me €100, and if everything is here, and complete this lot is worth somewhere in the range of €500-€750, which is a nice turn around.

It could be worth more, but obviously I need to built it all and then start pricing the items up after that.
