Hola a todos amigos de SWC espero se encuentren super bien, en esta ocasión vengo a traerles unas fotografías de algunos aguantes de mi plancha en el parque metropolitano, fue un día el cual me senti ligero para trabajar esos aguantes en la plancha, me enfoque en hacerla tanto en paralelas, piso y una variante diferente que sería en supinacion la cual es la más difícil, fueron unos buenos aguantes hasta el fallo, saliendo unas buenas fotos para la plataforma y además que también fue un día increíble lleno de emoción e motivación por parte de todos mis compañeros.

Hello all SWC friends I hope you are super well, this time I come to bring you some pictures of some of my plank holds in the metropolitan park, it was a day which I felt light to work those holds in the plank, I focused on doing it both in parallel, floor and a different variant which would be in supination which is the most difficult, they were good holds to failure, leaving some good photos for the platform and also it was also an amazing day full of excitement and motivation from all my teammates.
