STAYING HEALTHY AND OVERCOMING THE SILENT KILLER "BURN OUT"

    One of the "silent" extinguisher of human life here on planet earth if not properly managed is burn out. Burn out is a state of exhaustion, tiredness, weariness, weakness that is experienced as a result of what is called stress which can arise from:
    • Overwork
    • Non-socialisation
    • Inadequate rest
    • Poor feeding/nutrition
    • Emotional imbalance/trauma etc.
    • Poor exercise

    Burn out is on the high now in many nations of the world as there are inflation, economy downturn, job lossess, high cost of living, unfavorable political/governmental policies and so on affecting nations of the world which impart negatively on the citizens.
    Burn out is identified typically by exhaustion in form of fatigue, weakness, been overwhelmed etc which all imparts negatively on the human system be it in the mind or the body feeling it. Burn out if not properly managed can lead to depression which if no quick intervention is made might be fatal.

    Burnout can be overcomed by proper identification of the cause and taking concious efforts (sometimes with interventions) unto restoration to a state of normalcy. For some, poor nutrition i.e. inadequate feeding led to their burn out while for some, overworking led to theirs which leads to the insufficient sleep. Worries, cares of life, traumatic/challenging situations can predispose some to having burnout and hence, the need for specific and individualised management of burnout based on the predisposing factor.

    Adequate feeding involving balanced diet can resolve some burn out as this provides energy needed for body to function well. Also, inadequate/insufficient nutrients and vitamins supplies in food can induce burn out and its consequences. Socialisation is key to resolve burn out for non-socialising individuals as some prefers living by themselves alone which is having a negative troll on them and for some to overcome burn out with its impending consequence, psychotherapy is needed by booking and visiting a certified psychotherapist or a medical practiotioner. Coping mechanism for burn out includes deliberate plans for resting, feeding and exercising which help in removing stress-induced burnout.

    In extreme cases, for some burn out to be resolved, there might be need for a change of job, a change of environment or a change of attention as what induces burn out for some deals with their sensory perceptions as regards what is seen, heard or felt. Negative impulses if not well managed can induce burn out and hence, some need a change of their sensory perception. In all, burn out cam be effectively managed and overcomed, however coping mechanisms can be developed in some cases and in rare cases a complete change might be needed.
