Este martes comenzaron nuevas subseries en la LXIII Serie Nacional de Béisbol, donde lo más destacado hasta el momento, y aclaro que no es porque sea mi equipo. Es que Vegueros de Pinar del Río son los que, en su andar victorioso, tienen el mérito de ser el único equipo sin tener una subserie perdida en lo que va de temporada. Se mantienen los muchachos de Alexander Urquiola acaparando los titulares de las primeras planas en cuantas revistas deportivas, página especializada en el tema beisbolero tanto del país e internacionalmente, que se han hecho voceros de este comienzo fenomenal de los pativerdes.
No es fruto de la casualidad que el lunes amaneciera el equipo de Vegueros aún en la cima de la tabla de posiciones de la 63 Serie Nacional de Béisbol, ya que en el top 5 de muchos departamentos del juego de las bolas y los bates, tanto individuales como colectivos se encuentran representantes del equipo de Pinar de Río. No me sorprende para nada el resultado positivo que Vegueros de Pinar del Río ha mostrado hasta el momento, prácticamente nos tiene acostumbrados comenzar bien arriba en cada inicio de Series Nacionales. No me dejo llevar por fanatismos ni regionalismos para dar una opinión sobre el equipo que mueve el suelo de este autor; sin embargo, ahí estoy esperando como la mayoría de los seguidores de esta nómina guerrera. Para ver si todo este tren pativerde que ya nos trae ilusionados, logra mantener todo este impulso hasta la tan deseada clasificación de los dirigidos por Alexander Urquiola. ¿Será acaso un buen año para Pinar del Río? ¿Tendrá algo que ver la incorporación a la nómina pinareña del ex Grandes Ligas Alexei Ramírez?
