I’ve been thinking about this as my back has been bad.
When I bounce back and feel healthy again I want to make sure I live. Enjoy every moment.
All my steps were from therapy again today. It’s interesting how both the physical therapist and the doctor really want me walking 20 to 30 minutes every day when I can. They don’t want me to walk with pain but as long as I don’t have pain they want me to be walking
