Allow me to introduce myself again, @amishu and welcome to my blog, where I'll be sharing my firsthand experience of applying for a scholarship exam at Southwestern University PHINMA as I embark on my college journey. I'm opening up new avenues for possibility in my impending college career. Being able to attend large universities and be granted the opportunity to apply for and sit for a scholarship exam are both privileges. Scholarships, as we all know, are the best option available to those who are most in need of them and who suffer financially. For all of the kids out there who genuinely want to study and complete their college degree, it's a huge aid.
It might be challenging to fine financial aid scholarships as a graduating student planning to continue your education in college.
In an effort to save costs for both our parents and ourselves, my friends and I decided to apply for a full scholarship at Southwestern University PHINMA. All we wanted was an experience and, therefore, something to carry with us to college. Taking a chance is always preferable to losing the opportunity to have it.
It’s the day we intend to travel to SouthWestern University, PHINMA, in order to submit our application for the full scholarship. Before reaching our goal, we encounter many difficulties. I was first dropped off where they are by the bus. Since I had no notion where Southwestern University PHINMA was at the time, I had no idea what to do. In an attempt to catch the bus, I raced to our location on a motorcycle, and It was a success. Still in a hurry, I gave the driver my change as I got down in the motorcycle.
During my bus ride, my buddies were overjoyed to see me and able to catch the bus. After arriving at E-mall, we waited for a bus that would take us to Urgello Street, the location of the university. We smiled as we entered Southwestern University PHINMA, which is genuinely one of the larger universities in Cebu, having arrived safely. We were so pleased that we let our eyes to explore every inch of the institution.
We proceed to the registration area, where we are allowed to wait for the exam to begin. We're waiting patiently for our turn. When it's finally our turn, we get nervous and giggle with excitement. As we walk through the stairs, the corridors, and the rooms, we already imagine being one of the students there and becoming one of the cobras. We arrived at the examination room, where we will take the test. We are all still in awe, but not until one of the teachers spoke and explained the flow of the test and also explained the rules that should be followed while taking the exam.
We finished the exam at the time allotted, and we feel relief and happiness. After the exam and further announcements, one of the students told us that there was a small event on the roof.
We decided to go and have a short tour. When we arrived at the rooftop, we saw different kinds of booths, like general biology, psychology, nursing, RadTech, dentistry, and many more. We tried the psychology test; one of my friends wants to proceed in psychology.
They also offered an orientation for your desired course; we decided to go to RadTech since one of my friends is interested. One of the students guided us to the orientation room for RadTech. We arrived there, and they welcomed us so nicely. We sat down and listened to the short orientation. Even though it’s not the course that I want, I still find it interesting. They explain what radiologic technologists do and what the important things are to remember when you want to be one of them. More students came, so we decided to go after the orientation, which ended flawlessly.
After that, as we were all starving after the long drive, we made the decision to have lunch. For lunch, we travel to Mang Inasal. Our bellies were bursting at the thought of that delectable feast.
Following that, we made the decision to walk to Ayala in order to process our meal. Our intention was to travel to Ayala Central Block, but we ended up at Ayala Center Cebu since we couldn't figure out which way to take to get there. That was such a funny moment.
After that thrilling journey, we made the decision to stroll the Ayala Central Block, and we arrived safely.
All we do is take pictures while strolling through the mall and visiting various boutiques and shops, such as Penshoppe.
We also went to the Ayala stage, which hosts a gathering for fans of K-pop. There were so many captivating performances by many artists.
After a long walk, we made the decision to stroll around once more and get ice cream. We went to Giardino Gelato for ice cream.
We had already made plans to head home after that because it had been a very long day.
Pursuing your dreams can be challenging, but perseverance often leads to success. Remember, every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow stronger. Keep pushing forward, and you'll get closer to achieving your goals.
As I draw to a close, let us never forget that supporting one another is what will always make us stronger.
