You can only eat the fried fish. 1 600 grams tilapia, garlic , shallots , red chili, coriander root, tamarind juice , tomato sauce, sugar , fish sauce. How to make tilapia sauce, keep some beautiful, wash clean with salt water, set aside to drain. Put a pan with oil about half way. Before adding oil, heat the pan and sprinkle salt into the pan. Do this so that the fish will not stick to the bottom of the pan. When the pan is hot, put the oil in. When the oil is medium hot, put the fish in. When we fry the fish and it turns yellow, take it out and set aside. Pour out the oil, put it in again. Then put in the red chili, shallots, and finely chopped garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant. Follow with fish sauce, tamarind juice, sugar, ketchup. Season to taste. Sour, sweet, salty, salty, sour, sweet, spicy. When we stir-fry the sauce until it tastes good, pour the sauce over the fish that we have fried. It's done. Serve with hot steamed rice.
