Hello dear friends of this beautiful Hive Pets community, today I will talk to you about this small animal which I continue to protect from hunters, my mother and also grandparents taught me this, they are currently in danger of extinction.
They are very beautiful animals, although some people are afraid of them, we should still respect their space and not bother them.
They feed on leaves, flowers and small animals found on the path, I have my garden available for them.
Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad Hive pets, hoy les hablaré de este pequeño animal el cual sigo protegiendo de los cazadores, esto me lo enseño mi madre y tambien abuelos, actualmente están en peligro de extinción.
Son animales muy bellos, aunque algunas personas les tienen miedo, igual debemos respetar su espacio y no molestarlas.
Se alimentan de hojas, flores y pequeños animalitos que se encuentran en el camino, tengo mi jardín disponible para ellas.
It is unfortunate how many young people have participated in the hunting of these iguanas, supervised by representatives who do not mind seeing them suffer and even more so to extract their eggs.
The good thing is that there are some laws that protect them and if they see people hunting or trafficking them they can pay years in prison.
Iguanas are from warm and tropical climates and we can find them in different shapes and sizes, the males are usually very large.
Es lamentable como muchos jovenes han participado en la caza de estas iguanas, supervisados por representantes que no les duele verlas sufrir y mas para extraerles sus huevos.
Lo bueno es que estan algunas leyes que las protegen y si ven personas cazandolas o traficandolas pueden pagar años de carcel.
Las iguanas son de climas calidos y tropicales y las podemos encontrar de diferentes formas y tamaños, los machos suelen ser muy grandes.
They have an ability to camouflage themselves and in some of the photographs we can see how they hide among the olive leaves and go unnoticed.
They are welcome in my garden, I have no problem with them, I also give them fresh leaves and water nearby so they can come down and drink, I love them very much.
I hope that more people join in protecting them since they are seen less and less every day and it would be unfortunate if they disappeared.

Tienen una habilidad para camuflarse y en unas de las fotografias podemos ver como se esconde entre las hojas de olivo y pasa desapercibida.
En mi jardin son bienvenidas, no tengo ningún problema con ellas, además les doy hojas frescas y agua cerca para que puedan bajar y beber, yo las quiero mucho.
Espero que mas personas se unan en su protección ya que cada dia se ven menos y sería lamentable que desaparezcan.
