Nuestra cotidianidad, en la actualidad, está sobrecargada de mucha quietud y es menester, ser consciente de eso, para tomar cartas en el asunto y hacer que las cosas pasen. Realizar una actividad física, nos permite abrir un gran espectro de posibilidades, como (socializar, salud, hábitos, jugar, competir, pasatiempo, monetizar y muchos etcéteras.). Estamos en una comunidad, que respira deportes y como autores, debemos intentar sumar a nuestras vidas, alguna disciplina deportiva que nos guste o que tengamos mayor afinidad. La invitación es, a que nos pongamos en movimiento y seamos congruentes.

Our daily life, nowadays, is overloaded with a lot of stillness and it is necessary to be aware of that, to take action and make things happen. Doing a physical activity allows us to open a wide range of possibilities, such as (socializing, health, habits, playing, competing, hobbies, monetizing and many others). We are in a community that breathes sports and as authors, we must try to add to our lives, some sport discipline that we like or that we have greater affinity.
