Seems like everyday is getting busy with work and I can't continue with my book 📖 Its ok I guess I can always finish it on my day off 📴

Also I started gym for few days now and stop drinking coffee 5 cups a day and 5 cup of black tea 🍵 per day lol 😂 I guess that was the reason of why I was feeling down lately
I just drink water and 1 cup coffee ☕ sometimes I can't even remember when my last cup 🍵 I guess it's a good sign.
I sleep better after I started gym and sauna I guess that's the reason as well need to drink more water to keep hydrated. I guess that's all for today see you all tomorrow 🤠
